Who processes the data

The operator is Aleksandr V. Kuznetsov, a sole trader registered in Moscow, Russia (INN 253612148775, OGRNIP 326774600561901), trading as ambarik. For any question about data processing, including deletion, write to info@ambarik.ru — the address is read by the same person who runs the site. The registered address is provided on written request.

What is collected

Through the request form: your name, the contact you provide (phone, Telegram or email), the description of your task and the address of the page the form was sent from. Automatically: anonymised visit data — page address, referrer, device and browser type, time of visit. No data of children under 14, no special categories of personal data and no biometrics are processed.

Why it is needed

The single purpose is to answer your request and discuss the task: to contact you, clarify details and prepare a proposal. Anonymised statistics help us see which pages are useful. The data is not used for marketing, and no automated decisions are made about you.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box when you submit the form. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to info@ambarik.ru; processing then stops and the data is deleted unless another lawful ground requires keeping it.

How long it is kept

Requests are kept for up to three years from the enquiry — the time needed for correspondence, a contract and warranty obligations. Anonymised visit statistics are kept in the web-analytics system under its own rules. On request the data is deleted sooner.

Who it is shared with

Personal data is never sold or passed to third parties for their own purposes. Access is limited to the operator's staff who need it to answer the request. Technically the data is processed on the servers of the hosting provider and in the web-analytics system (Yandex Metrica), both acting on the operator's instructions. Requests are stored in the Russian Federation. The operator is notified of a new request by email; the text of the request is not published and is not shared with anyone outside the operator's staff.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies required for the pages to work and cookies of the web-analytics system to count visits. You can disable them in your browser — nothing but the statistics will be affected.

Your rights

You may ask what data we hold about you, request its correction, blocking or deletion, withdraw your consent and challenge the operator's actions. An email to info@ambarik.ru is enough; we reply within thirty days. A complaint may be filed with Roskomnadzor.

How the data is protected

The site runs over HTTPS. Access to requests is restricted, passwords and keys are kept outside the code, and backups are made regularly. If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its date.
